Sales conditions

Order Placement:
All orders must be initiated with Roomstore Aps, and order confirmations plus invoices will be issued in Danish Krone (DKK).

Delivery Conditions:
Unless otherwise agreed upon in advance, deliveries are EX WORKS Copenhagen.

Payment:
In the absence of alternative arrangements, our standard payment terms are the current month plus 8 days. If payment terms are exceeded, a 1.5% interest charge per month.

Failure to settle overdue amounts on time may result in the case being transferred to debt collection, incurring additional costs for the debtor. For new customers, prepayment is required when placing an order until alternative terms are agreed upon.

Access and Risk:
Roomstore Aps retains ownership of sold goods until full payment, including delivery costs, is received. Customers must store the goods appropriately to ensure preservation and easy identification as the property of Roomstore Aps until full payment is made. Despite this, risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.

Complaints:
Any complaints regarding non-visible damage must be reported within 7 working days, while visible damage must be reported within 2 working days after receiving the goods. Failure to do so will result in the lapse of the complaint option.

For visibly damaged goods received during transport, notations must be made on the waybill upon receipt, with a copy forwarded to Roomstore Aps within 2 days. Product complaints should be reported in writing upon discovering the defect, accompanied by the time of purchase, a copy of the invoice, and, if applicable, photo documentation. If approved, Roomstore Aps will either repair or replace the product.

Transportation costs and expenses related to the removal and re-installation of fixtures are not covered by Roomstore Aps.

Returns:
Goods can only be returned with prior agreement from Roomstore Aps. Returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the delivery note and invoice. Failure to comply will result in the non-crediting of the returned item, and it will be sent back at the sender's expense. A standard return fee of 30% applies.

Installation:
For the installation of electrical items, including lamps and fixtures, Roomstore ApS recommends using an authorized installer. Failure to do so terminates Roomstore ApS's responsibility and warranty for the product.

Shipments:
Roomstore ApS dispatches goods to customers using the most economical method. Shipping goods to a third party voids the warranty and the right to complain about the shipment.
